EXCHANGE POLICY

We make exhanges easy! Online purchases are valid for an exchange or in store within 14 days from the ship date. All returns will be handled as in store credit or exchange only. Items must be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached. Shoes must be in their original packaging. All returned items must be accompanied by the original invoice or a return form. Exchanges are handled via return and re-order. See below for instructions.

Gift cards, e-gift certificates, cosmetics, underwear, tights, earrings, customized or embellished products, ballroom shoes, and online items marked "FINAL SALE" may not be returned. If returned, no refund will be given.

Please allow 3 business days from receipt at our store in Greenwood Village, Colorado for your return to be processed and refund to be issued by Dance X-Treme Bodywear. Please use the tracking number provided by carrier for tracking arrival date of a returned package. You will receive a final email once your return has been processed. The date that your bank issues and posts the credit to your account will be governed by their respective policy usually within 7-10 business days.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS

Should you receive damaged, defective, or wrong items, please return the merchandise within 14 days from the ship date to the return address above. We will refund the shipping cost if a copy of the shipping receipt is attached to the Return Form. Only standard carrier services will be refunded for damaged, defective, or wrong items.

Dance X-Treme Bodywear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

To ensure proper processing, please select the appropriate Return Reason Code. In addition, please specify the damage/defect on the Return Form. REPLACEMENT FOR DEFECTIVE OR DAMANGED ITEMS: We will gladly send out a replacement of the original items purchased, at no cost, as long as the merchandise is still available. If the merchandise is not available you will receive a refund in the original form of payment used.

Pricing Policy

At Dance X-Treme Bodywear, our commitment is to offer convenience, service, and product availability on-line at compelling prices, with certain limited time offerings of merchandise at promotional prices. While merchandise offered on-line at Dance X-Treme Bodywear will usually be priced the same as merchandise offered at our affiliate Dance X-Treme stores, in some cases, Dance X-Treme Bodywear stores may have different prices or promotional events at different times.

Colors

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on the Site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Correction of Errors and Inaccuracies

The information of the Site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change and update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. If you are not fully satisfied with your Dance X-Treme Bodywear purchase you may return it with the original packing receipt from our store. Typographical Errors

In the event a Dance X-Treme Bodywear product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or systems error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Term: Termination

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site/ or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any of them, may be terminated by Dance X-Treme Bodywear without notice at any time for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
